sieve analysis of fine aggregate
Susunan ayakan ini terdiri dari urutan paling atas yaitu :
- No 4. atau ( 4.75 mm )
- No 8. atau ( 2.38 mm )
- No 16 atau ( 1.19 mm )
- No 30 atau ( 0.60 mm )
- No 50 atau ( 0.30 mm )
- No 100 atau ( 0.15 mm )
- Timbangan dengan ketelitian 0.1 gram atau 0.1 %
- Penggoyang ayakan mekanik
- Dapur pengering ( oven )
- Sikat dengan bulu yang lemas
PROSEDUR :
- Susun ayakan tersebut sesuai dengan urutan yang tealah di tentukan
- Tumpahkan contoh uji kering pada ayakan teratas
- Goyang ayakan dengan ayakan mekanik atau manual
- Lakukan penggoyangan tersebut sedemikian lamanya , sehingga butir butir dapat menembus ayakan hanya tertinggal maksimum 1 %
- Hentikan penggoyangan mekanik
- Keluarkan masing masing susunan ayakan
- Goyang tiap ayakan dengan tangan sebanyak 150 kali dalam waktu 1 menit
- Sikat masing masing ayakan untuk menurunkan debu yang masih ada pada ayakan
- Timbang sisa pada masing masing ayakan dan pan penampung
PERHITUNGAN :
- Hitunglah persentase lolos , total persentase tertahan , atau persentase masing masing fraksi terhadap jumlah berat yang di ayak
- Hitung modulus kehalusan ,dengan menjumlahkan persentase tertahan komulatif pada kelipatan 150 mikron ( terkecil ) ke atas di bagi 100 .
- Kemudian buatlah grafik sesuai susunan ayakan , agar dapat mengetahui persentase yang tertahan di setiap masing masing ayakan ,
- Dan Lampirkan hasil tersebut berikut dengan sfesifikasi yang telah tentukan

PURPOSE :
Testing of this analysis is intended to determine the particle size distribution of fine aggregate with a sieve .
Sieve arrangement consists of a sequence of top namely :
No. 4 . or ( 4.75 mm )
No. 8 . or ( 2:38 mm )
No. 16 or ( 1:19 mm )
No. 30 or ( 0.60 mm )
No. 50 or (0.30 mm )
No.100 or on (0.15 mm )
EQUIPMENT :
Scales to the nearest 0.1 gram or 0.1 %
Mechanical sieve shaker
Kitchen dryers ( oven )
Brush with bristles limp
PROCEDURE :
Arrange the sieves in the order specified tealah
Pour the dry sample on the top sieve
Rocking sieve sieve with mechanical or manual
The penggoyangan do for so long , so it can penetrate the grain grain sifter behind only a maximum of 1 %
Stop penggoyangan mechanical
Remove each sieve composition
Rocking each sieve by hand as much as 150 times in 1 minute
Brush each sieve to reduce dust remaining on the sieve
Weigh the rest on each sieve and pan reservoir
CALCULATION :
Calculate the percentage of passes , the total percentages retained , or the percentage of each fraction of the amount of weight on sieve
Calculate the fineness modulus , by summing the cumulative percentage retained on a multiple of 150 microns ( smallest ) up in the 100 .
Then make a chart corresponding sieve composition , in order to determine the percentage retained on each sieve , respectively ,
Attach the following and the results that have been specified with sfesifikasi

TUJUAN :
- Untuk menentukan kadar butir lebih halus dari ayakan 75 mm ( #200 )oh dalam aggregate dalam pencucian.
- Siapkan contoh uji sebannyak 500 gram dalam keadaan kering ( A )
- Kemudian letakkan contoh dalam ayakan dan alirkan air ke atas
- Gerakkan contoh dengan air deras secukupnya sehingga bagian yang halus menembus ayakan 75 mm ( NO 200 ) dan bagian yang kasar tertinggal di atas ayakan
- Ulang pekerjaan tersebut hingga air pencuci menjadi jernih
- Keringkan aggregate yang telah dicuci sampai berat tetap dan timbang dengan ketelitian 0,1 gram ( B )
Hitung jumlah bagian menembus ayakan 75 mm ( NO 200 )
A - B : A* 100 %

- To determine the levels of grains finer than 75 mm sieve (# 200) in the aggregate in the wash oh.
Prepare the test sample sebannyak 500 g in dry state (A)
Then place the sample in a stream of water into a sieve and top
Move the sample with jetted smooth enough so that the sieve penetrate 75 mm (NO 200) and rough parts left on the sieve
The job until the water becomes clear washers
Dry the washed aggregate to remain heavy and weigh to the nearest 0.1 gram (B)
CALCULATION
Count the number of parts penetrate 75 mm sieve (NO 200)
A - B: A * 100%
